What is punch needle?

I use Oxford's punch needle to manually "punch" yarn into the fabric. It's not a fast process and products can take days to finish.

What are the backing of the products? 

All have hand-stitch felt backings. if it's a wall hanger or mirror,  I stitch hoops to the back for easy hanging. I include decorative twine to hang with! All my products have handmade logo tags in the back (for marketing!) to give that extra detail. 

Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately at this moment we do not. Only national US shipping. International countries are experiencing mail blocks and the waiting time is unreliable. In the future CraftmySpirit will be ready to tackle that! 

When will my order be shipped ?

Craftmyspirit is a one person team, I usually packed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. 

Can I get a refund for my order?

Please note that all items are final sale! I do not accept returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, once products are shipped it is out of my hands. If a product arrives damaged please contact us at craftmyspirit@gmail.com with details and I will try my best to solve it!

I received the wrong item in my order what should I do?

Mistakes happen woops. Send me details and I will mail you the correct order! You're welcomed to keep what you accidentally received. 

I never received my package what should I do? 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders from tracked deliveries. Once I have handed the package off to the carrier it is out of my hands and you should contact the carrier and report it. :\ All my products are tracked and should keep an eye out for your order!

Do you accept returns/ exchanges ? 

Due to the nature of Covid-19 and the usual small and limited at hand products as a small business, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. 

Can I cancel my order? 

If I haven't shipped your order, I will do a cancellation.
